Thanks to our dedicated team, we are continuously driving costs down without compromising on quality for our customers. With that ethos imbedded into our vision, Lycatel LLC is currently seeking an Office Manager in the following location: Newark, NJ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports location operation by maintaining office and building systems
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, monitoring clerical functions
  • Assists HR and Payroll locally
  • Work with Branding staff
  • Assist with Customer Service Operations in LA
  • Maintains office efficiency by maintaining office equipment
  • Keeps management informed of all building related issues
  • Maintains a clean and safe office environment (adherence to Covid-19 procedures)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience in a similar or related field preferred
  • Experience in working with outside vendors and across internal departments
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
