Construction Framing

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Framing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and frame construction, with a focus on detail-oriented work. This role is responsible for framing and constructing buildings, ensuring that all structures meet safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will be skilled in various construction techniques, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Construct and frame buildings according to blueprints and specifications.
- Install and finish concrete and plaster elements, including walls and floors.
- Perform heavy lifting and carrying tasks, as required.
- Operate a variety of power tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and hammers.
- Restore and renovate existing structures, including roofs and walls.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure a smooth project timeline.
- Read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans.
- Demonstrate expertise in frame carpentry, including installing windows and doors.
- Work safely and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform tasks that require attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in construction framing and carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Experience with concrete finishing and plastering techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans.
- Familiarity with remodeling and restoration projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- A physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
