This role will be focused on building intuitive enterprise products to help companies schedule Lyft rides on behalf of their customers and employees.
We’re looking for a Product Designer to advocate and maintain a customer-centric culture within Lyft, and be happy and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You'll partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define and create top-notch experiences. You’re experienced with every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas to ensure design quality through launch. Using your full range of interaction, visual, and product thinking skills, you will create intuitive, innovative experiences across Lyft Business.
Opportunity
- Create compelling design visions and identify new product opportunities to serve our B2B customers and their Riders.
- Drive design strategy for Lyft Business, and collaborate with other teams within Lyft Business to create unified patterns and components.
- Design intuitive yet powerful experiences that can scale across a number of different use cases, and support B2B customers of different company sizes.
- Co-lead with talented, empathetic cross-functional partners on product strategy and process.
- Influence cross-functional and cross-team efforts to build innovative and impactful experiences.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $128,000 - $160,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
