We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage a specific group of assigned customers. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts, ensuring consistent, high-level service and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Management : Maintain regular daily contact with all assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and address their needs.
- Sales & Opportunity Development : Proactively sell the full range of services in our catalog, including Warehouse, Asset Power, Brokerage, and Local Pickup & Delivery (P&D). Identify and develop new opportunities for growth within your customer base.
- Pricing, Building, and Tracking : Accurately price, build, and track all assigned business opportunities. Ensure that each opportunity meets or exceeds the desired or anticipated results and expectations.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to your customers at all times, responding promptly to inquiries and requests, and ensuring that their needs are met effectively.
- Revenue & Margin Growth : Consistently work towards meeting targeted revenue and margin growth goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Availability : Be available to your customers beyond standard business hours when necessary, demonstrating responsiveness and commitment to their success.
