Puff 'n Stuff Catering & Events is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team to live, eat and breathe all things food. You'll support our award-winning Tampa and Orlando staff by creating and executing quality marketing activities, while gaining valuable industry knowledge.

Be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and have the opportunity to gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing and the food service industry. This entry-level position requires a high degree of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

Provides overall support to Marketing Director in creating, executing and tracking marketing strategies.
Manage and organize image library by photographing, editing, resizing and key-wording images.
Create, deliver, edit and optimize marketing collateral materials.
Assist with executing photo shoots and food styling.
Create and make necessary content updates to company websites via Wordpress and HubSpot.
Work with sales teams to educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits by assembling proposals, videos, slide shows and menus.
Create and manage all daily-printing needs including labels, spec sheets and various marketing materials.
Write, send and analyze social media content and email blasts.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements

HubSpot experience is required.

Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and InDesign, and Inbound marketing activities.

Exceptional writing and editing skills,and the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.

Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

BA / BS degree or equivalent working experience.

A dual-minded approach : Highly creative and an excellent writer, but can also be process-driven and rely on data to make decisions.

Experience managing content on multiple Wordpress sites.
