The idea candidate will have the following skills and availability:
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply
- Available Saturday and Sunday
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous cooking experience
- Enjoys working in the busy food service industry
- Able to follow recipes and directions
- Able to work on his/her feet for 8 hours
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Dependable and possess a strong work ethic
- Adhere to Lyman's high food and workplace safety standards

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of deli items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is handled safely and in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation for catering services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
