- Oversee the customer service team, sales team and other daily operations.
- Develop and implement managerial policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor fellow staff.
- Conduct sales conversations and household policy reviews.
- Prior sales experience (required).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Property/Casualty license (must current hold or obtain before start date).
- Life/Health license (must be willing to obtain).
