This position will be in-office.   

 

This role will be responsible for the following: 

 

  • Supervise and support the Client Services Team, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. 
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and compliance.  
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline order fulfillment, logistics, and billing operations.  
  • Oversee order approval and ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers.  
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices, system usage, and industry updates.  
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, including reviewing prescriptions and insurance criteria.  
  • Address escalated patient and referral source concerns, providing resolutions that align with company policies.  
  • Maintain knowledge of pneumatic compression device equipment, medical policies, and patient education strategies.  
  • Communicate information relating to equipment, its capabilities and able to inform on insurance coverage guidelines. 
  • Assist with job interviews, job descriptions, job evaluations, orientation programs, and continuing staff education and training. 
  • Establish, track, and enforce KPIs to ensure teams meet or exceed performance targets. 
  • Develop and implement accountability frameworks that drive efficiency and productivity and Address performance gaps with targeted interventions and improvement plans. 
  • Works effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments. 
  • Performs all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

 

Ideal Candidates will possess the following: 

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.  
  • Experience in durable medical equipment (DME), healthcare management, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.  
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party pay guidelines. 
  • Experience with medical billing and insurance verification preferred.
