What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Process and Policy Consultant position at Lynch Consultants, LLC?
About the Role:
Individual will be responsible for supporting the development of policy, process maps, process documentation, job aids, reference guides, formal communication, and presentation materials. In addition, attending and supporting the facilitation of client discussions for automated tools the team manages.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strategic Communication: Crafts clear, concise, and targeted messages tailored to an executive audience, focusing on what’s most important for decision making
- High attention to detail
- Project management skills including ability to maintain situational awareness while maintaining clear understanding of each initiative’s progress
- Facilitation skills
- Time management:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear understanding of each initiative’s progress, ensuring timely adjustments, and alignment with objectives
- Ability to work independently and under timelines
- Willingness to learn
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint:
- Skilled in utilizing PowerPoint features such as grouping, alignment, and formatting to ensure visually consistent and professional presentations
- Collaboration skills
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Able to identify and leverage available resources to deliver effective solutions
- Client Responsiveness and Adaptability: Demonstrates agility in responding to client needs, adapting quickly to changing priorities in an effective and professional manner
- Capable of working effectively under pressure, maintaining a clam and focused approach in demanding situations
