In the Senior Recruiter role, you will:
- Recruit, attract, source, and hire new team members
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent requirements, and the talent requirements of their Federal customers.
- Partner with Marketing Team to leverage social media to attract candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging recruiting tools and networking to identify qualified candidates
- Work with senior leadership to improve our end-to-end talent acquisition function to attract and convert high-quality candidates to full-time team members.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruiter / talent acquisition specialist in the Federal Government contracting recruiting space.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to function independently and coordinate multiple simultaneous responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree
