Schedule: Mon 8am-4pm; Tues & Thurs 2-4pm-8pm; Fri 8am-6pm; Rotating Sat 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Handles deposits and CODs
- Process and sort mail (outgoing and incoming)
- Keeps a log of Dealer Plates
- Maintains I-pass retention and logs
- Holds car wash keys
- Keeps credit card log
- Reimbursements
- Customer appreciation letters
- Miscellaneous tasks assigned by General Manager
- Miscellaneous tasks assigned by Office Manager
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, cash handling, and/or reception required.
- Flexible & organized
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Must have the ability to multi-task in fast paced environments
- Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude
Salary : $145 - $585
