Lynch Mukwonago is looking for a full-time, day receptionist. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you will be responsible for answering phones and redirecting phone calls for customers. Candidate will also greet customers to ensure they are being helped.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Handle deposits and CODs
- Process and sort mail (outgoing and incoming)
- Maintain Dealer Plate log
- Maintain I-pass retention and logs
- Maintain credit card log
- Reimbursements
- Scan and file documents
- Other clerical duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
Salary : $145 - $585
