Your Role: Hardscape Crew Leader
As a Hardscape Crew Leader, you'll guide and support a skilled crew to deliver exceptional outdoor projects. You'll take ownership of site management, construction execution, and quality control. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a keen eye for design and detail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor crew members to execute high-end hardscape installations.
Work hands-on with pavers, stone, and outdoor construction materials.
Operate and maintain equipment including mini excavators, loaders, compactors, and transits.
Ensure accuracy in grading, backfilling, and laser leveling.
Manage project schedules, maintain tools and vehicles, and track site progress.
Collaborate with suppliers, consultants, and clients for seamless project delivery.
What We're Looking For
2 years of hands-on experience in hardscape construction (pavers, patios, retaining walls, etc.).
Strong leadership ability and crew management skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and landscape design plans.
Proficiency with equipment like excavators, loaders, and compactors.
Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Valid Driver's License (required To Operate Company Vehicles).
Preferred: CDL (Class A), CMHA certifications, or ICPI credentials.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Employment: Full-time with overtime after 40 hours/week.
Schedule: MondayFriday, occasional Saturdays during peak season.
Health Insurance: Available after 60 days.
