What You'll Do as a Lead Hardscape Technician
Work hands-on with pavers, stone, and hardscape materials to build beautiful outdoor spaces.
Assist in training and mentoring junior crew members.
Operate and maintain heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, compactors, transit levels).
Ensure high-precision grading, drainage, and installation techniques.
Maintain project efficiency, quality, and job site organization.
Collaborate with suppliers, designers, and clients to ensure project success.
What We're Looking For
2 years of experience in hardscape installation (patios, pavers, retaining walls, walkways)
Technical expertise in stonework, leveling, and site preparation
Proficiency with construction tools and equipment
Physical endurance to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Valid driver's license (company vehicles operated by employees)
(Preferred) CDL (Class A), ICPI, CMHA Certifications
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year (DOE)
Overtime Pay: After 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays during peak season
Health Insurance: Available after 60 days
