About the Role :
As the Fitness Floor Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our fitness floor operates seamlessly while creating an inviting and engaging environment for members. This position is focused on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, member engagement, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do :
- Engage Members : Build positive relationships with members, ensuring they feel supported and inspired to achieve their fitness goals.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance : Oversee the cleanliness and functionality of all fitness floor equipment and spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Fitness Floor Operations : Manage high-volume traffic on the fitness floor with a focus on efficiency, engagement, and safety.
- Group Exercise & Personal Training : Ensure group exercise schedules are fully staffed and personal training clients are matched with the best trainers for their needs.
- Community Programming : Work with the Health and Wellness Director to develop and implement programs that align with the needs of our community.
- Leadership & Teamwork : Collaborate with staff to maintain high standards, and actively participate in the day-to-day activities of the fitness floor.
