About Us :
The YMCA of the North Shore is hiring energetic and enthusiastic Camp Staff for Summer 2025! Choose your summer adventure :
Children's Island (Marblehead) : Staff may work on-site at our Y day camp leading gymnastics, sports, or swimming or experience the magic of Children's Island in the middle of Marblehead Harbor, and take the Hannah Glover Ferry ride to work each day. A beautiful ocean oasis offering swimming, sailing, wakeboarding, kayaking, and more! Experience the rustic island setting while leading activities like arts & crafts, gaga pit, and environmental science with the Island Rangers program.
Y Day Camp (Marblehead YMCA) : Lead gymnastics, sports, swimming, and other fun activities for children. Help create a memorable experience at one of the best day camps on the North Shore.

Your Role :
As a Camp Counselor, you’ll :
- Lead exciting games, activities, and outdoor adventures.
- Help campers learn, grow, and have the time of their lives.
- Supervise activities while ensuring everyone stays safe and engaged.
- Stay alert, positive, and proactive to create an unforgettable summer for every camper.
