What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Lynco properties?
Lynco Properties is currently seeking highly motivated, experienced, and trustworthy candidate to fill the position of Apartment Maintenance/Make Ready Technician for properties in the Hope Mills, NC area. Duties will include:
* Promptly handle work order needs of residents
* Complete repairs in a consistent and correct manner
* Apartment Maintenance Technician must provide excellent customer service
* Work well with other team members
* Be well organized to coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and work by contractors
* Complete make-ready of units proficiently
Ideal apartment maintenance technician, who will be eligible for company benefits package, should have at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance (or similar skills). As an apartment maintenance technician candidate you should have skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, and/or other tasks related to maintaining the communities in excellent condition. This position will offer competitive pay and benefit package.'

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
