Landscape Apprentice/Small Equipment Operator
Pay Range: $18 - $25 per hour
Join the Lynde Greenhouse & Nursery family! We've been providing quality locally grown plants and
custom landscaping to the Twin Cities and Maple Grove communities for five generations. Through
community outreach, fundraising events, and both commercial and residential landscaping, we aim
to enhance our community's livability.
Our Landscape Division is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Previous
landscape experience is a plus, but training will be provided for those who are new to the industry.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, from patios and retaining walls, to
garden renovations and commercial container and annual planting.
What we need from you:
- A commitment to quality work, professionalism, and personal responsibility
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks that involve standing, kneeling, bending, and being on
- Ability to repeatedly lift over 50 pounds
- A driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Class A driver’s license is preferred but not required
o Willingness to obtain Class A driver’s license is a plus (comes with a pay increase)
