About us:

Kampgrounds of America (KOA) is a leading outdoor recreation company, dedicated to providing exceptional camping experience for all! We are seeking friendly and organized Front Office Associate to join our team!

Job summary:

As a Front Office Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, making reservations, and ensuring a great camping experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality, working in a team and mostly independently, and have great communication skills, we want to hear from you! We provide training!

Responsibilities:

- Greet and register guests, handling check-in/check out processes efficiently.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and changes correctly.
- Answer phone calls, respond voicemails, and resolve guest issues and/or concerns.
- Provide information about the campground, amenities, local attractions, and activities.
- Process payments, handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance the cash register.

-Be able to sell store items.
- Be able to report any issues to a manager or yard person.
- Maintain accurate reports and files.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless campground operations.
- Promote KOA programs, services, and merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office space and store space.

Requirements:

-Must be 18

-Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and weekdays.

-Able to work opening shifts, mid-shifts, and closing shifts.

-Have some experience with customer service.

-Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
