## Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks.
## Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with dental receptionist duties if required
- Process order entries and maintain clerical tasks
- Coordinate projects as needed
- Transcribe documents and messages as necessary
## Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in phone systems and data entry
- Strong organizational skills for calendar management and project coordination
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of dental receptionist tasks is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
