Our client in the Wilmington, DE area is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their location. The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in using computer systems and software. Responsibilities include assisting customers as you conduct biometric and data capture processes, ensuring customer information is accurate and secure, and performing administrative tasks related to the position.
The Day-to-Day:
- Successfully complete required biometric and data capture processes and paperwork for each customer.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collected.
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies regarding security and confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during the enrollment process.
- Quickly interview clients and submit information to relevant agencies.
- Perform administrative duties such as timekeeping, shift schedules, , card inventory, and equipment inventory.
- Submit updated enrollment center photos and requisition supplies.
- Troubleshoot and/or make equipment modifications when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies relating to Enrollment Center standards, including signage, branding, and employee attire.
- Perform Enrollment Center Sustainment responsibilities on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Strong customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Ability to follow procedures and protocols.
- Knowledge of security and confidentiality protocols.
Pay Rate:
- $18.00 /hr
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM
