Our client in the Greencastle, PA area is looking to hire an Office Clerk for their location. The ideal candidate will need proven experience in a fast-paced office or administrative setting. Responsibilities for this position include scheduling and coordinating deliveries and pickups between sites.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Answer and direct calls professionally, handling inquiries as appropriate.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, bills of lading (BOLs), and related documents.
  • Welcome and assist drivers and visitors courteously.
  • Support inventory accuracy by assisting with month-end stock counts.
  • Oversee interstice deliveries/pickups to ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate with corporate on site-specific issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities and comfort in handling pressure.
  • Flexible availability, with the potential for extended hours and weekends.

Pay Rate:

  • $18.00 /hr
