What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Lyneer Staffing Solutions?
We are looking for a hard-working Warehouse Associate. The worker's responsibilities include packing finished goods, keeping the production area clean, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.
Responsible include, but are not limited to:
- Boxing of inventory and placing products on pallets.
- You must be flexible to work in all departments from machine operation to shrink wrapper, as directed by your supervisor.
- There will be heavy lifting required for the duration of your shift up to 50 lbs.
- Quality inspection and assurance of products.
- Line Operation duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical dexterity.
- Available for shift work.
- You must wear the proper attire (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, jeans/dickies, t-shirt).
- High school diploma or equivalent
Hourly Incentive Program
- If you complete all 36 hours of your Weekend (Friday-Sunday) Shifts without missing any time/days, you will receive an additional 4 hours of pay.
Hours and Compensation:
- Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM
- Friday-Sunday 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday-Sunday 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Mandatory overtime will be required based on production needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
