Job Description
We are excited to announce our opportunity for a Nurse Manager for Assisted Living at our Lino Lakes campus who will report to the Director of Health Services. This non-exempt, Full-time position will be M-F from 6:30am with flexibility.
Duties
- Partners with Director of Health Services to assure compliance including audits and regulatory guidlines
- Work closely with the staffing coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Conducting assessments per regulations
- Staff education/training
- work together with leadership to provide guidance to after hours triage
- Working closely with residents and families to corrdinate care
Qualifications
- The successful candidate must possess a current, unencumbered MN RN license.
- A minimum of two years of direct nursing experience in a long-term care, Home Health, or Assisted Living setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eldermark experience a plus.
- Must have supervisory experiance.
