What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist, PT position at Lyngblomsten?
Lyngblomsten’s NEW Lino Lakes campus is located at the corner of Hodgson Road and County Road J, the campus will feature 20 detached rental townhomes; a multi-level senior living building with 96 independent living apartments, 35 assisted living apartments, and 17 memory care apartments; and an array of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a fitness center with warm water pool, restaurant and pub, chapel, courtyard, community garden, walking trails, and pickleball court.
We are looking for an energetic, organized Part-time Administrative Receptionist to join our team for evenings and weekends. This new location will be needing a welcoming person at the front desk to be plugged into the needs of this active campus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Welcome guests
- Assist guests with various inquiries
- Direct questions to correct departments
- Give guests and residents direction
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task different responsibilities
Previous receptionist experience preferred
