The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and fostering strong relationships with existing ones. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging a deep understanding of Kartera's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the target market, conducting thorough needs assessments and delivering tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, conducting regular check-ins and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the sales development team to prospect and generate leads, while also leveraging your own network and industry connections to uncover new opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations, effectively articulating the benefits of Kartera's solutions and addressing any objections or concerns raised by clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements, working closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, continuously updating your knowledge to remain a trusted advisor to clients and prospects.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.
