We are seeking a qualified Supply Chain Manager to ensure Lynkwell can efficiently source raw materials, manufacture products, store inventory and transport shipments to consumers or wholesalers. The Supply Chain Manager will analyze historical data to refine the supply chain, negotiating business relationships, and communicate with suppliers and distributors.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and purchasing for the company, including developing relationships with new and key suppliers. Negotiating favorable terms and pricing and looking for additional opportunities to build strategic partnerships to add value to the business (cost, lead-time, service, etc). This will include vendors both domestically and abroad
- Responsible for all movement of materials, both raw and finished goods. Managing the relationship with partner carriers, oversee the warehousing and dock operations, and ensuring goods are moved in a cost effective and reliable manner. This includes working with international partners on smooth importing and exporting
- Oversee the company’s inventory management. This includes managing and accurately tracking all inbound and outbound flows of both raw and FG, overseeing cycle counts, executing inventory audits, and managing SMOG (Slow Moving and Obsolete Goods)
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing
- Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operational Planning) monthly cycle to ensure the company is making decisions strategically as it relates to purchasing and manufacturing
- Report on and track critical performance indicators relevant to the overall business. These include but are not limited to: Cost, Service, Inventory Turns, etc
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams by playing a key role in the NPI process, helping source, cost, and vet suppliers and materials for new products.
- Manage processes and transactions via the company's ERP system, NetSuite. Responsible for leading process improvement opportunities within the system.
- Ensures that processes for supply chain management result in the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Scaling the team as the company scales.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, NetSuite experience preferred.
- Three years of experience as a supply chain manager, or similar relevant position required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
