Lynmar Estate Winery is nestled in the heart of the Russian River Valley's picturesque landscape. With approximately 45 acres of estate vineyards, we primarily rely on estate-grown fruit, complemented by select outside vineyards.
We seek dedicated individuals to join our team for the harvest season, which offers a unique opportunity to be involved in every aspect of wine production. As an outdoor winery, adaptability in variable weather conditions is essential, and a genuine appreciation for the breathtaking views of the Russian River Valley is beneficial.
Current opportunities include:
- Harvest Cellar Lead – A leadership role focusing on cellar management during harvest, ideally with 2-3 harvest seasons of experience and forklift expertise.
- Cellar and Laboratory Hybrid Position – A dynamic role encompassing both cellar and laboratory duties, appealing to those seeking varied responsibilities.
- Harvest Cellar Personnel – Roles centered around ensuring a successful, efficient, and engaging harvest experience, running from August 1 to the end of October.
