What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pinot Noir Harvest Specialist position at Lynmar Estate?
We are a family-owned ultra-premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producer situated on approximately 45 acres of estate vineyards in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Our team works with mainly estate fruit, combined with exceptional outside vineyards as part of our program.
Candidates will participate in all facets of harvest and work closely with our small winemaking team. As a (mostly) outdoor winery, we require candidates to have the ability to work in various weather conditions and enjoy stunning views of the Russian River Valley.
We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including:
- Harvest Cellar Lead – A role that involves leading cellar activities during harvest, requiring 2-3 harvests of experience ideal. Forklift experience preferred.
- Hybrid Cellar/ Lab Role – A dynamic role that involves both cellar and lab responsibilities, perfect for someone looking for variety in their daily tasks.
- Harvest Cellar Positions - Roles involve carrying out safe, effective, and fun vintages, August 1 to end of October.
There is potential for one of these candidates to remain employed full-time after harvest.
