This is a part-time seasonal position between February and November. Shifts will vary depending on event needs. Must be able to meet the schedule requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Guest Services Representatives will be responsible for elevating the fan experience for all events within Lynn Family Stadium by identifying and resolving issues, providing directions, and friendly assistance. Must be welcoming, eager to learn, and personable.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet, greet, and assist guests with frequently asked questions for stadium events.
- Provide directional assistance throughout the stadium.
- Assist guests as problems or issues arise before, during, and after events.
- Identify any potential safety hazards and follow proper reporting policy & procedure.
- Prepare the stadium for events by setting up guest services booth, entry gates, and other special event event-related items.
- Ensure synthetic fields, turf, bench areas, and concrete warning tracks are clear of trash and debris.
- Performs daily operations and general building maintenance during non-event days.
- Assist event management personnel with emergency instructions and facility evacuations if the situation arises.
- Treat all guests and coworkers with professionalism and respect.
- Other duties & special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a customer or guest services role.
- Ability to problem solve and act quickly and efficiently.
- Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to meet the schedule requirements of the position.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check.
- Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Soccer Holdings, LLC., is the parent company of professional soccer clubs Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both teams call Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood home and operate out of the nearby Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Louisville City launched in 2015 and quickly established a winning tradition, claiming USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion member in 2021, bringing top-tier professional sports back to Kentucky for the first time in nearly 50 years.
