We are seeking a Paralegal - Family Law Discovery And Trial Prep to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities :

Assist with the drafting and reviewing of subpoenas, interrogatories and notice to produce
Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines
Interview clients to get information
Prepare exhibits for trial
Prepare parenting plans and child support worksheets

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a paralegal in family law litigation - minimum two years

Familiarity with family law discovery

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
