The educator will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing standards-based lessons that reflect the curriculum and state's core educational standards. They should provide appropriate and effective learning experiences for students from diverse socio-economic levels and cultural backgrounds.
We expect the educator to establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents/guardians/caregivers about the academic and behavioral progress of assigned students. They should collaborate effectively with grade-level teams and school faculty around lesson planning, instructional strategies, and student progress.
