- Law and motion

- Take & defend depositions
- Make court appearances, argue motions
- Any trial or large arbitration experience a plus (not req’d)
- AZ licensure
- 3 years civil litigation experience in one or more practice areas including but not limited to business litigation, construction defect, insurance, real estate, medical malpractice, personal injury or employment law
- Articulate and well-written
- 1800 billables
- Up to $180k DOE
- Mid-year performance reviews for potential salary increase
- Year-end performance-based bonus potential
- Bonuses available for exceeding billables
