The Coordinator, Technical Operations provides technical support and coordinates training sessions, creates and maintains documentation, troubleshoots a variety of computer hardware and software programs and responds to user needs in the Office of Financial Aid.
Job Description :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with Pell grant and Direct loans origination, disbursement and reconciliation process.
- Assist with disbursement of aid within Workday.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Assistant Director, Financial Aid Technical Operations.
- Perform all the essential duties and responsibilities of scanning documents, files, and linking workflow.
- Train student workers on scanning, linking and performing quality control on documents.
- Perform data update / cleanup on all Financial Aid systems.
- Create and maintain templates, forms and workflows on Adobe Sign as well as offers training and support to Financial Aid staff.
- Coordinate and implement all facets of the Foreign National Information System (FNIS), Inceptia Verification Gateway, Financial Aid COD system and any future related systems which includes setup, training of staff, and creating the operational instructions, and daily maintenance.
