As an office assistant your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, proper phone etiquette, maintain lease agreement files and general office duties that include: answering multi-line phone system and dispatching calls throughout the facility. Coordinating customer requests with our operations staff for boat movements. Maintaining requirements for our boat storage lease agreements and conducting over-the-counter sale transactions.
We're looking for an individual that is productive in an office setting and can manage their time based on the days' schedule.

- Full time position available for the right candidate
Memorial Day - Labor Day (in season) office hours:
Mon - Thurs 8am - 6pm
Fri - Sun (& holidays) 8am - 8pm
- Shifts are typically scheduled 7:45am - 2pm, 11am - 8pm, 1pm - 8pm
