The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, performing routine dental exams and treatments, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene. The successful candidate will also be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in dentistry and maintain a warm and professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general dental care to patients.
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases.
- Perform routine dental examinations and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including CAMBRA.
- Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including restorative, preventative, extractions, cosmetic dentistry and other procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in dentistry.
- Provide positive staff leadership.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a general dentist with a strong understanding of dental procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of professional health and safety regulations.
- Provide evidence based dentistry and implement professional standard of care for our patients (ie. CAMBRA protocol).
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A patient and friendly personality.
- Attention to detail.
- Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job.
Requirements:
- Valid Washington State Dental License and ADA member
- Valid DEA License
- Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships in a team-focused environment.
- The ability to educate and communicate treatment needs to patients in a compassionate manner.
- Staying current on continuing education requirements.
