Job Summary:
The Helping Hands Aide, under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, performs non-professional, non-direct resident care duties and assists in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with transfers, mobility, and positioning
- Support with medication reminders and vital sign monitoring
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
