Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive floor care, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Inspect floors for cleanliness, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Work with the maintenance team for flooring upkeep and repairs.
- Assist with setup and teardown for events and rearranging furniture as required.
- Promptly address any spillages or areas needing immediate attention.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safe handling, storage, and disposal practices.
- Familiarity with floor care equipment maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Physical stamina and mobility required for the role.
