Responsibilities
As part of a small New York office team, reporting to the Head of Business Development in Stockholm, you will be involved in fund operations, investor relations and sales support. You will:
- Oversee fund administration tasks such as NAV approvals, fund dealings and KYC/AML requirements. This involves extensive collaboration with Lynx’s fund operations team in Stockholm, its CFO, CCO and the Lynx funds’ counterparties.
- Act as North American investors´ first point of contact for operational matters.
- Attend fund board meetings and manage fund documentation, including offering memos and invoice administration.
- Prepare reporting to regulatory authorities including the CFTC/NFA.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
- Dispatch investor reporting, including weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Facilitate investor communication related to subscriptions and redemptions, fees and AML matters.
- Work with the IR-team in Stockholm to support the senior colleagues in preparing presentation materials, meeting notes, and follow-ups from investor meetings.
Education and Experience
- A relevant university degree (e.g., accounting, business administration, or a technical field), or equivalent work experience, ideally a few years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, while familiarity with InDesign and the Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
- Swedish language skills are a plus, but not required.
