This role involves working on diverse projects, including renovations and maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform residential painting tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Assist in fixture installation and trim carpentry to enhance the aesthetic appeal of homes.
- Engage in concrete finishing work as needed for various projects.
- Support drywall installation and repair efforts to maintain structural integrity.
- Collaborate with team members on renovation projects, providing skilled labor as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential painting is required; additional skills in fixture installation, trim carpentry, concrete finishing, drywall, or general maintenance person work are highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various project requirements.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
