Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with navigating healthcare systems and accessing available resources, including financial assistance programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to streamline patient services and improve overall patient satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or patient services role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures is a plus.
