Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced member of production to serve as the Team Lead for the Final Assembly & Regulation department.?
In addition to the performance of your current job, the Team Lead position serves as a link between departments and helps in the overall coordination of production. While your primary responsibilities will remain the same as your current position, the limited responsibilities of a Team Leader greatly assist in the quality and reliability of production and can put you into consideration for future advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the team and management
- Distribution of work orders
- Attend weekly meetings for quality assurance and continuous improvement?
- Assist in the training of new members of the department?
- Helping to ensure production deadlines are met.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- Pay: starting $25.00 based on experience
Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
Required Skills and Qualifications: ·
- Have worked for at least 6 months in the department?
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills?
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively?
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach?
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel highly recommended
- Ability to relocate to 6500 W Cortland St Chicago, IL 60707 a must!
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Assembly mechanical parts onto wooden harp to produce completed harp
- Harp knowledge- Learning all company product and parts needed for each model: pedals, rods, actions, strings, etc.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and/or use hands to, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds while performing duties.
