Essential Job Functions
This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location. Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle. Employees choosing to drive their own vehicle for work-related duties will be required to have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.

Essential Job Functions
- Social Media Management & Content Creation:
- Concept, create, and schedule original content across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and whatever else we’re supposed to be on.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content for social media using professional or mobile cameras.
- Edit short-form videos and reels with trending sounds, text overlays, and effects.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency in visual and written content.
- Assist with content planning, brainstorming, and campaign execution.
- Reputation & Community Management:
- Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across social media, review platforms, and forums.
- Respond strategically to customer feedback, reviews, and social media comments—whether it's praise, criticism, or outright chaos.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a unified brand voice in both the good times and the messy ones.
- Marketing & Administrative Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Help with light design work for digital and print materials (Canva, Adobe Suite experience is a plus).
- Maintain an organized content calendar, track performance metrics, and compile reports on social media insights.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Filming, Photography & Production Assistance:
- Operate cameras and assist in capturing high-quality brand visuals.
- Set up lighting, framing, and sound for in-house video shoots.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and other creatives to bring concepts to life.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- A strong understanding of how to film, photograph, and edit content for social media.
- Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch (or similar) for monitoring and engagement.
- Proficiency with design/editing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent copywriting skills—you know how to make content pop.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Experience handling social media crises.
- Knowing when to engage vs. when to let things die out on their own.
- An eye for aesthetic storytelling and brand-building through visuals.
- A portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, photography, or video work.
