Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Team Member to join our team. This role involves a variety of hands-on responsibilities, including carpentry, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Team Member will support all Lyon Metal Roofing locations, ensuring that our facilities remain safe, operational, and up to our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, including carpentry and electrical repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues as they arise.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with location managers and team members to prioritize and complete maintenance needs effectively.
- Document and report all maintenance activities and necessary repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance, with skills in carpentry, electrical work, and equipment repair.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to multiple Lyon Metal Roofing locations as needed.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment when necessary.
