This will involve calibrating systems, performing preventative maintenance, and routine servicing of equipment. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and oral instructions are essential. The technician must also operate specialized machinery, equipment, and tools used in the repair and installation of HVAC systems. Rotating on-call schedules for after-hours and weekends will be part of the job responsibilities.
