The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is seeking a motivated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for a naturally handy individual who enjoys multi-tasking, as this position is always on the go! The ideal candidate will have familiarity with building and maintenance systems, HVAC, basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm (unless performing snow removal in winter)
Pay Rate : $23-$25 / hr. dependent upon experience level
What you will do :
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance of our automotive dealership facilities for our MA locations and occasionally our Southern NH locations
- Communicate effectively with outside vendors for more complex repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of all buildings to maintain safe standards as well as identifying areas that require upkeep
- Move and organize storage boxes, business files, cabinets and assist in bi-annual paper-shredding initiatives
- Assist with setting up desk and office spaces during facility construction / redesign
- Assist with setting up / breakdown of corporate events and fundraisers
- Other tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager
