Acura of Peabody , part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking a candidate to join our team as a part time Receptionist . In return, you will be part of a dynamic company that provides our people with support and career advancement opportunities.
Pay Rate : $18 / hr.
Schedule : Monday & Tuesday 4 : 30pm-7pm, every other Saturday 8am-5pm & alternating Sundays (once per month) 11am-4pm
Flexibility in scheduling a plus
In this role, you will :
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
Answer telephone lines in a courteous manner
Count money in drawer at the beginning & end of shift
Run credit card closing reports
Receive repair orders and payment from customers
Receipt sales deposits / COD
Receive & distribute mail
Other tasks assigned by the management team
