MINI of Bedford , part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an individual to join our diverse team as a full time Parts Advisor. Our ideal candidate will be positive, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and alternating Saturdays 8am-5pm
Salary : Competitive hourly rate plus a generous commissions plan
What you will do :
- Looking up parts for service technicians, service advisors and sales advisors
- Helping retail customers over the phone, retail parts counter and also email / parts websites
- Taking phone orders from wholesale parts customers
- Receiving parts from factory and outside vendors, unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves when needed
- Stocking accessory displays and cleaning them when necessary
- Processing Warranty parts and returning them to factory when needed
- Scrapping Warranty parts not needed for returns when needed
- Shipping out parts orders with local drivers, UPS, FedEx and LTL freight carriers
- Pulling and shipping back manufacture returns
- Perpetual inventory
