Audi of Nashua, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group , is searching for an individual to join our diverse team as a full time Sales Development Coordinator . Compensation Type : Base hourly rate & a generous monthly bonus / commission plan
Schedule : Monday-Saturday with a scheduled weekday off

What you will do :

Take phone calls and schedule appointments for Sales & Service

Respond to all sales calls / internet inquiries

Compile daily reports

Schedule and perform follow-up calls to both clients and the sales team

Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements :

Skills needed to be successful in this role :

Automotive BDC or sales / customer service experience

Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally & written

Intermediate computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Goal orientated

Strong ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment

Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Time management skills; dependable
