Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Cybersecurity and IT Manager to join our team at LyondellBasell North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Industrial Control Systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assure the security of the site's networks comply with corporate standards, and communicate any threats to the network security.
- Enforce application of corporate, industry, and company standards and procedures.
- Administer security access and privileges for all users on process control networks.
Requirements:
- 6 years of Operational Technology (OT) experience in a plant environment and BS degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
- 2 years' experience working in a plant environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
